AGICO Cement International Engineering Co., Ltd.(AGICO Cement) has been focusing on the research and development, production, export, installation and after-sales of cement production line cement machine spare parts since 1997. AGICO has domestic advanced large-scale electric arc furnaces and machining equipment groups, integrating steel casting optimization design, analysis and simulation, product casting, component processing, component equipment, and finished product delivery. Manganese steel and high alloy steel series castings, with an annual production capacity of more than 50,000 tons, is a large-scale steel casting production base in Henan.

Advantages of AGICO's Cement Plant Spare Parts

1. Strict quality control process

Chemical composition, mechanical property, dimensional check, ultrasonic testing (UT), carbon and sulphur analyzer, German-made OBLF direct reading spectrometer, Tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant test (PT), X-ray inspection, etc.

2. Strictly lever-2 detection.

AGICO Cement follows the national lever-2 detection standards, and executes 360 degree all-round nondestructive testing system, to ensure the reliable quality and long service life of steel castings. AGICO Cement is hailed as "high cost-effective steel castings manufacturer".

3. High-end manufacturing process

Moulding

Sand moulding.

Melting

The melting is carried out in the oxygen steel plant; the ladle capacity allows a continuous bottom pouring process the speed of which is permanently controlled. The metal analysis is checked by using a computer linked spectrograph.

Heat treatment

- heating to a temperature above AR3, austenitising at about 915℃ and controlled cooling in furnace

- intermediate holding at 600℃ - 630℃ and completion of cooling in furnace down to 300℃

Fettling and dressing

The inner surface is processed fit-for-purpose so that the surface discontinuities - which might cause some sticking of the slag - are extensively removed. Additionally, the castings are descaled by shotblasting and the outside is additionally coated for transportation.
